These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "user") of the ckkk4 platform and all its services, and ckkk4 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering, logging in or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted all the conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using ckkk4.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the ckkk4 website (ckkk4.lat) and all services provided through it.
• "Account" — a personal profile registered by a user that grants access to the services of the platform.
• "Balance" — the total amount held in a user's account, including both real money and bonus money.
• "Bonus" — any additional amount or benefit granted by the platform subject to conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount of bets before withdrawing a bonus or any related winnings.
• "Transaction" — any deposit, withdrawal or fund transfer activity.
• "Services" — all gaming, betting and related activities available through the ckkk4 platform.

To register and use the platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be mentally capable and of sound mind, and must enter into this Agreement voluntarily.
• You must not be located in any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
• You must confirm that you are playing under your own name and with your own funds.
• You must not create an account using false information.

If any of the above conditions are violated, ckkk4 reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant account without notice, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on ckkk4, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. If your details change after registration, please notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, contact us immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ckkk4 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time to ensure a secure environment. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or withdrawal processing being delayed.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. Unused bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
• Deposits are usually credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• To prevent money laundering, ckkk4 reserves the right to verify the source of any deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a previously verified account.
• For large withdrawals where identity verification has not been completed, additional documents may be required.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable unless the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

4.3 Bank Transfer

For bank transfers, any scheduled bank in Bangladesh may be used, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at ckkk4, you will receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied only to the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus (1,000 × 20 = 20,000).

5.3 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions. The conditions must be met before the offer expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Multiple individuals in the same household or on the same device may not claim a bonus.
• ckkk4 reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud is suspected, the bonus and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonuses are not transferable from one person to another.

5.4 VIP Program

The ckkk4 VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback for each tier is listed below:

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and participation on the platform. The specific conditions for each tier are determined by ckkk4.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ckkk4 believes in fair play. All games on our platform are operated with SSL encryption in a secure environment. Any user who attempts to disrupt the normal operation of the platform or exploit system vulnerabilities will have their account permanently closed.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other users or against the platform.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Falsifying betting history or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Harassing, intimidating or acting unethically towards other users.

6.3 Betting Rules

All bets will be considered final once electronically confirmed. If a bet is not completed due to a technical issue, the relevant amount will be refunded to the user's account. ckkk4 is not responsible for issues caused by loss of internet connection.
